Description

Enhance the audio of your display with the Klipsch BAR 48 3.1-Channel Soundbar System. It features three 1 tweeters with 90 x 90° Tractrix horns and four 3 woofers, with an 8 wireless subwoofer for augmented bass response. The soundbar has an HDMI ARC and an optical input for direct connection to your display, Bluetooth connectivity for your compatible device, and a 1 8 analog input for devices without Bluetooth. A subwoofer output on the soundbar also lets you use a second subwoofer, or replace the included subwoofer with one of your own. At just 2.8 tall, you can place the BAR 48 under your display on a table top, or mount it to the wall with the included hardware.

  The built-in Dolby and DTS decoders enable enhanced cinematic experiences with discrete processing for dialogue and optional surround channels.

  8 Wireless Subwoofer

  The BAR 48 includes a wireless subwoofer that you can place nearly anywhere in your room. 2.4 GHz wireless technology automatically connects the soundbar to the subwoofer. You can also add a second subwoofer or replace the included wireless subwoofer with your own, thanks to the subwoofer output on the soundbar.

  Bluetooth Streaming

  Stream audio directly from your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet, or computer.

  Backlit Wireless Remote Control

  The included wireless remote control features discrete source selection and subwoofer adjustment. The onboard LED backlight automatically activates when you pick it up.

  Dialog, Surround, and Night Modes

  Dialog Mode is designed to increase dialogue volume for augmented vocal clarity without increasing ambient sounds. Night Mode adjusts dynamic range for quieter listening environments. Enhanced virtual surround helps provide an engulfing surround sound effect without additional speakers and wires.

  DTS Virtual:X Ready, via a Future Firmware Update

  After a future firmware update, the BAR 48 will enable you to add height to your surround experience with DTS Virtual:X technology.

  Optional Surround Speakers

  Add the optional SURROUND 3 speakers to turn the BAR 48 system into a full 5.1-channel surround sound system capable of delivering Dolby and DTS 5.1 formats natively.
